PACKAGING

We take great pride in preparing and packaging your order. We only ever ship using plain jiffy envelopes or plain cardboard boxes. There is no indication as to the contents of your package on the outside of the box. Our return address is simply a unit number and postcode. We take your privacy and security seriously and always ship items quickly and discreetly.

UK DELIVERY

Delivery estimates within the UK are typically 2-3 business days. We aim to ship all in stock items within 24 hours of purchase.

Items under 100g in weight and less than £15 value are typically shipped by UK Royal Mail 1st Class standard delivery. There will not usually be a tracking number provided.

Items under 2kg in weight and less than £100 value are typically shipped via UK Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery services. We may also use a dedicated 24 hour courier (Typically DPD / Parcelforce / Fedex). You will be notified as to the courier used and provided with a tracking number.

Items over 2kg in weight or above £100 in value are generally shipped using a secure tracked courier (Typically DPD / Parcelforce / Fedex). You will be notified as  to the courier used and provided with a tracking number.

Special items or heavy items will carry a delivery surcharge. You will be notified of this at point of purchase.

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

Delivery time estimates within EU are typically 7-10 business days. Outside of EU typically 10-14 business days. Please check your tracking number before getting in touch as in most cases you can see the progress of delivery using an online parcel tracking service

Items under 100g in weight and less than £15 value are typically shipped by Royal Mail standard airmail. There will not usually be a tracking number provided.

Items under 2kg in weight and upto £500 value will in most cases be shipped using Royal Mail International tracked services or by secure tracked courier. You will be notified as to the courier used and provided with a tracking number.
